THACS BRINGS A PIECE OF NEW ORLEANS TO HOUMA WITH JAZZ BRUNCH
JAZZ BRUNCH AT SOUTHDOWN PLANTATION BUQUET PAVILION

HOUMA – Decadent food prepared by students of the John Folse Culinary Institute and live Jazz music is the latest offering for the Terrebonne Historical and Cultural Society at Southdown Plantation.
Your taste buds will be delighted with such offerings as shrimp, goat cheese and thyme grits, build your own omelet, boneless turduchen stuffed with Cajun sausage, garlic new potatoes, Spinach Madeline, sweet potato soufflé, assorted muffins, biscuits and breads, fresh fruit, carrot cake with Mimosas and Bloody Marys to wash it all down.

All proceeds benefit the non-profit Terrebonne Historical & Cultural Society and their efforts to preserve, operate and promote Southdown Plantation House and Museum.
